Now Arriving On Track 8...

The speeding train that has been the summer of 2013 will be rolling into the station for the final time this weekend – end of the line.  Luckily we were able to keep it from going off the rails through the twisty bits (we even got through our last Fire Island show without losing any equipment in the bay…unlike last year).  It’s funny…although it feels as if the whole thing went by in a blur, it somehow also feels like it was a really long ride.  Now, we’ll be headin’ into Fall and baggin leaves faster that Miley Cyrus headed into puberty and learned to twerk.  But, fear not…there are still 3 more DDS shows left in the season and remember…as the days get shorter and the foliage begins to take on it’s autumn hue, we’ll be making our way back into our usual Fall-through-Spring haunts – as well as some new ones…so pay attention!!  Anyway, come out this weekend and let’s all raise a glass to a summer well spent and to the upcoming season of harvest!!
